Screen tearing / flickering

It has been working fine and made a game for it since putting it together. But after leaving it alone for a few weeks this started happening…

I haven’t touched it for a long time, I’ve tried recharging but it seems to make the situation worse as sometimes it doesn’t display anything at all…

Any suggestions?

Nevermind, I’ve solved the problem: :sweat_smile::flushed:

All I did to fix it was to unplug the battery from the board, then switch it on to ‘flush’ any remaining power from the capacitors and other components. Then I plugged the battery back in to the board and powered it on. Works perfectly now.

Do as you wish with this topic, I was thinking about removing it but I thought that if anyone else has this problem then they can find this fix.
